NO, if you are counting kicks then it has to be kicks. Hiccups are neat to feel and watch but the doctor is asking for kicks. There is a reason for this...Hiccups isn't having the baby move around...kicks are
Yes, definitely. Some doctors don't even require kick counts until 28 wks. And they say to just pick one time during the day to count. So it seems like you're doing a great job.
And I'm sure you know, an anterior placenta cushions the baby's movements so you won't feel as much as someone with a fundal or posterior placenta.

is ok if my baby have only one period in a day when he moves more ? in the morning or in the evening never the same...i have 26+ and a anterior placenta
No, hiccups don't count. The point of fetal kick counts us to make sure the baby is moving enough.
