left hip & left side of lower back feel tender
Hi im 37wks +2d #4 but im feeling really tender...it started yesterday "down there" & was really painful for me to get around I had a bath & went to bed & felt better this morning, but as the day has gone on I now have the same feeling in my left lower back & my left hip....its like its been bruised even my underwear touching it hurts! Anyone had this? Tia :-)
O really! Ok ive never had this b4 lol hopefully it will go in a couple of days then :-)
I had that a couple weeks ago too! And when I went to my weekly doc appt I effaced another 30% (went from 50 to 80). It was really uncomfortable for a couple days but my doctor reassured me it was just the baby dropping and my body adjusting
