Im 31 weeks...
My left nipple once i hit 28 weeks has been very sensitive. The area around it is some what inflammed and crusty from i think colostrom. I massage the area in the hot shower and that seems to relieve pressure but it has not gone away. Could I have a clogged duct already? Or has anyone else experienced this and found a resolution?

Thanks for the response. I dont feel a bulge. I'll have to ask my OB cause its itching and peeling now.
If you massage breast and you don't feel an obvious knot like bulge then you shouldn't have a clogged milk duct but you could just be super sore especially since you are leaking already. If it doesn't go away, I would definitely talk to the Dr cause you don't want to get an infection before you have your Lil one.
