leg cramp.
am 25weeks and every night am getting a sharp pain on my right leg. the whole leg freezes and i cant move it . is it normal and how do i avoid and manage it?
Sciatica??? Talk to your doctor... and maybe go see a chiropracter.
will try walking around when the pain comes. lets hope we wont have to go through the pain until 40 weeks.

I get that too but my left leg must be a 25 weeks thing lol
Im 25w 4d and I get leg cramps in both my legs Evey night :( it *****.... The only thing that helps me is to get up and walk around for couple mins.
