Drink tons of water. They are caused by dehydration.

it stopped my leg cramps :)
I put the arch of my foot on something cold. I keep our glass water change bottle next to the bed. Instant relief. I've done this will all of my pregnancies. And eat bananas.
I was eating a banana every morning and still got them. Didn't make a difference. I just get them once in a while. I just not to stretch my toes down, but when you're half a sleep it can just happen.
Yes! They were horrible with my daughter and I would cry ...my hubby would point my toes up and it helped ..it hurt but helped. Eat more bananas it will help.
Good luck!
I've had this since week 18. It totally *****! Stretching helps a bit
Rub vicks vapour rub into them just before bedtime and this will relieve the pain.
When i get them I flex my feet up pulling them back as far as I can. It doesn't make it stop, but it helps with the pain a little. Sometimes if I do it right as they start it seems to make the cramp shorter.
Try propping your legs on a few pillows. Usually when I do that it dulls the pain enough to allow me to fall asleep.
and i guess eating bananas is good something about the potassium i was told
sometimes i find pulling ur toes toward u will help a little
