loose stools
Hi there this is my first pregnancy so every little thing is kinda freaking me out. I'm about 5 weeks and have my first ob appointment on the 29th but yesterday I experienced an episode of diarrhea and this morning my stools are a bit loose.. sorry Tmi but is this normal ?
Same here. I wasn't sure what to think at first but it's normal. And yes make sure you stay hydrated.

That happened to me at the beginning of my pregnancy. My bowels have been all over the place this pregnancy, loose, normal, constipated. There is no happy medium. Just make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated.
