The vitamin a in odawalla is beta carotene you can't overdose on that as its a precursor to vitamin a not straight vitamin a.

Bonitagirl747/is correct. Vitamin B6 can help reduce nausea and vomiting. As for the other vitamins, if you consume more than your body can use you will just excrete the excess through urine.

But vitamin B has been shown to ease morning sickness, probably why it sits well :)

I was a little confused on that too. I drank a few in the beggining and realized how much vit B and others it had. I only bought ones that did not have really high dose of some vitamins, especially vit A. It can cause birth defects. I emailed my doc and she said only in moderation. I even emailed the company and they said to ask my doc. Hope this helps.

Im sry but ish what this is hun. You should definitely call your doc office if you are having sickness that severe though. You dont want to get dehydrated. I actually had hyperemesis my first pregnancy not fun. But they can recommend things and help you so you get to feeling better. Preggie pip drops from babies r us work well for a lot of people. Ginger, ginger ale, plain dry toast, crackers. Depending if your throwing it right back up then not much is going to help from my experience. But like I said bedt thing you can do is contact doctor.
