Relax. Slow down that brain.  It's a life changing thing that's coming whether you're ready or not. So sit back and enjoy the last couple weeks. Everything will be fine!

I had anxiety with my first about labour. It helped me to think about the big picture. You spend 10 months carrying bub, and the next 18 years raising them into adulthood. Think about how many days that is...thousands! Labour is 2 days maximum. Mine was 1 day. You can do, your body already knows what to do! You will be fine, and it will be over before you know it and you will forget about it when you hold your baby!

I read positive stories ONLY about labor. For most people its not bad at all. Forget people who want to tell horror stories, its completely inconsiderate. I also took a class on labor and delivery. It helps

I'm 36 week's today and I feel about the same way as my dd gets closer. I'm ftm also so I don't know what to expect.  I just hope and pray that no major complications arise.  Good luck to both of us!

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow too and I'm also a FTM so I'm right there with you lol! Just keep in mind we can do this, our bodies were made to do this, and I don't think it'll be nearly as bad as what we think! I think I'm more excited than anything lol :)
