I miscarried at 15 weeks. I got violently sick, water broke, and went into labor. The cramping was so bad I sobbed. I was home alone and terrified which didn't help, but the only relief from the pain was pushing the baby out. I called my husband to say he needed to come home and my yelling and crying made him call 911.... Of course didn't do all that much good cause I had passed the baby by the time they got there- but I'll just leave it as that was THE WORST pain of my life. Ever.

I had a miscarriage this past January and it was by far the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. I woke up to feeling intense pressure and pain in my lower abdomen & it was so painful that i started vomiting.. i had 911 called because I just couldn't take it. Could barely communicate with the paramedics while yelling in agony. sorry this is so dramatic but its true. I didnt expect to be in such pain as most people say it felt like strong period cramps. Once I got to the hospital the Dr. did a pelvic exam and found my little peanut at the tip of my cervix. He pulled it out easily, placed it in a cup, and said that he'd send it to be tested to see if it was "pregnancy related". It was my little baby that I never got to see or obtain. They surely just threw him/her away. I was only 10 weeks at time but the baby had measured 6 weeks on the miscarriage diagnosis u/s.

Miscarried in July at 12 weeks and have never felt such incredibly strong cramps and agonizing pain in my life. Giving birth med-free to a 9lb baby wasn't anywhere near as hard as my miscarriage was. It was an incomplete miscarriage though, pieces of the placenta remained attached and I needed a d&c the next morning (after spending the night in the ER because of bleeding that was soaking 3+ pads an hour - if I hadn't gotten IV fluids I would've been in big trouble). Don't know whether my particular situation caused more pain than a more 'textbook' miscarriage but the worst of the pain was over before the worst of the bleeding started. The d&c wasn't nearly as bad though, I had just local lidocaine injections instead of the standard anesthesia or sedation and I was fine.

I had one bk in Feb.  I was sick, vomiting, and cramps tht were 1000 times worse then my period cramps. Went to use the restroon only to wipe blood! Not just blood alone, it had lumps of (what looked like tissue) it was like having a really heavy period! It was in the first month of my pregnancy,  and I pray tht I NEVER experience it EVER again! I was so hurt & depressed, I barely ate or even slept for weeks!!!! :( sorry for some of the EXTRA info)

I've had 2 and they are awful.  A lot of intense cramping with heavy bleeding.  Mine lasted hours and I finally went to the ER  . The cramping is worse than a regular period.
