I got the wrist bands from walgreens, they take the edge off! Don't let yourself get hungry and don't drink with your meals. Hang in there, I know it is awful!

Keep unsalted crackers next to your bed and munch on them before you put your feet on the ground first thing in the morning. Pay attention to your body and learn your  triggers, it can be anything from being hungry to being hot/cold. I found it helped me to have sturdiest or chewy candy when I'm nauseous, some gums help too. Don't be afraid to try food you didn't like before, your taste buds are changing so things you may have likes before you might not like now. Good luck!

I haven't really been sick only during my 11th week,  but I used candied ginger and it helped a lot. It doesn't taste great so I would just suck on it then spit it out lol
