For sleeping try warm baths , warm milk before bed and or some body pillows. For your belly there's a belly support band that helps tons with the weight and pressure also.
Awww hang in there momma , I know it gets real hard the last few weeks but its all almost over. Best of luck to you and if you need someone to talk to I'm here.
