natural remedies for trush?

so I've been having this feeling that my discharge isnt normal. it's not itchy or way excess, but often it's like cheese (thick) and sometimes pale yellow (sorry for tmi). it's been like this for months (I'm 26 weeks now).
my doc said not to wear a panty liner daily, cuz it ***** out the moisture. hm?

since she didn't prescribe any medication or wash, what are some natural remedies I can do myself?

I'm afraid that if it is in fact thrush, I won't be able to have a vaginal birth because the baby could contract an infection.

Please help. Thank you.

Watch the Johnson's baby wash the original isn't fragrance free. I can't even use it on my 3 yr old bc his, skin is,soo sensitive.

U can just use good old caniston cream/ pessaries! Ive uses them in all my pregnancys... nothing worse than continues thrush :-( if its not itching then do all of the above! But if it starts irritating u get sum cream its safe to use :-)

Eat lots of probiotic yogurt and drink tons of water to flush it out! Wear cotton panties and at night.. Try to wear nothing down there so it gets some oxygen.  Take showers not baths and make sure its fully dry afterwards.  This is what my doctor told me.  :)
