Try a glycerin supposatory :)
I was recently suffering from constipation and omg, it made me so uncomfortable. Ok, here is the best trick. 2 colace capsules with a lot of water and later in the day hot prune juice. It sounded gross to me, but I loved it so much that I just it now for the flavor. It's actually really good hot! I now swear by this solution and feel so much better.
Thank you for the information ♡ you have been a great help.
This was a list given to me by my obgyn at my first appointment that says "pregnancy approved over the counter medications" Now the one thing I do not know is if you can take them before 12 weeks. I think you can but might just want to cal your doctor and check. But for constipation:
Colace (docusate sodium)
Citrucel (methylcellulase)
Fibercon (polycarbophil)
Miralax-I took this with my first but do not remember which week I did
Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide)
Fleets enema (bisacodyl)
Like I put in your other post though for the nausea, the zofran will help.
If you are wanting any other ideas for medicine let me know. My paper also gives pain, allergies, supplements, yeast, heartburn, diarrhea, cold/flu, and a spot that just says other. Haha.
Magnesium powder (I use Calm) & fiber one cookies have helped with the constipation for me
