Depending on how bad you are there is meds that you can take as well. Talk to your doctor if you think that you would need something.

I went through a weepy spell for a few weeks. It passed just as sudden as it came. This pregnancy I am blessed to have an extremely supportive and loving bf.  For my first I had a completely clueless *** hat for a husband.  Thankfully while I was with him, that pregnancy was fairly easy.  This one is giving me a bit more trouble and discomfort which I think contributed to my depressed state a few weeks ago. I hope you have a good support system,  because that is what pulled me through.   I know I have been a complete whiny, disgruntled, pain in the butt.  But I'm lucky that instead of pointing it out to me, I got the support I needed.  Even if I didn't deserve it at the moment
