Ultrasound

Hi I'm new on here and I'm hoping maybe some of you guys can help me out. Okay my last period was 12/24 but I spotted right before my actual period, but still in fact had a normal period after the 2 days of spotting. Had an ultrasound 3/13 and the baby measured 11 weeks & 3 days (46 mm) which puts me back at my period, but in afraid the baby is just measuring about a month small? Could this happen? I mean the measurements seem to be right and right on track with my period but I'm not understanding the spotting before I got pregnant. Could the doctor be way off on my dates? Thanks?

Thanks. I'll make sure I mention all that to my doctor

Either way, you ovulated after those 2 days and your period and the sono matched that so I think it's accurate

Since it's still so early it's best to go by your period day. Once you get farther along your doctor will be able to tell you if you are measuring ahead or still on track. My thoughts are it could've just been your period trying to start early

Well the spotting was before I even conceived. I spotted like 2 days then got my period right after.

Usually the ultrasounds are correct the spotting could of been the implanting bleed that some people get.. but I would just ask your doc just to make sure
