night hunger

Anyone else waking up in the middle of the night because you're so hungry you can't fall back to sleep until after you ate something? It has become a routine now.  I wake up, my husband asks if Im ok, I say "Just hungry", I go pee, eat a snack or drink warm milk, and then sleep in.

If i don't eat something within two hours before i go to bed, i wake up around 2am and so hungry my stomach starts hurting. It takes me like an hour to go back to bed

I was that way with my first child. I would wake up every night and be starving and crave a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk. I would eat it and be able to go back to bed.

Yep totally normally. My go to is a granola bar and glass of milk. Unless of course we have cookies, then granola bar is substituted, lol.

I bring snacks to bed with me, I wake up every 2-3 to pee and I'm starving (like belly is growling). I try to eat healthy like fruit, granola, etc but sometimes I want potatoe chips or cereal. Its sad but I can not fall back asleep without eating first.
