I've had the weirdest dreams-zombies, strangers in the house, being chased by gangs & their dogs...last night I dreamt my husband had a brand new baby with another woman & moved her right into our house! They seem to always be stressful & I know they represent something I'm trying to work out subconsciously. I figured people hiding in my house was due to keeping our pregnancy secret. Simple. Haven't figured the zombie killing spree out so much lol maybe just the need to protect from evils? Try not to dwell, it's totally normal. I try to listen to calming music before bed & think happy thoughts. Works til I get up & pee! :-)
Nightmares happen. Your anxiety has a way of playing out in the unconscious when waking doesn't allow it. Talk to your hubby about any anxieties you are having to deal with them or journal about them. This may help with dealing with feelings you push out of your mind during the day.
This is normal . I had a nightmares too . The most important thing is to be strong during ur dream . If anyone tried to attack you or your baby defend urself . Be strong and pray every night . I pray every night in bed for me and my baby . Am still 8 weeks and it's my first . :)
I just needed to know since I never had such scary dream before, most Even before we found out about my pregnancy was always good dreams about a little boy we iintroduce to my daughter.
Those are normal dreams to have while pregnant. Its our maternal instinct to worry about baby and want to protect baby.
I wouldn't have dreams about losing mine but i would have extremely weird dreams of giving birth too early to a fully clothed baby still attached to the umbilical cord and if the cord got cut or if baby opened her eyes she would die, so i would wake up panicking alot in the beginning.
But now I'm 28 weeks and stopped having nightmares, now its hormonal sex dreams lol or wired dreams about eating, or going places
