38 weeks today and trying castor oil.. No judging plz. . anyway will have to wait and c if anything happens and if it doesn't get my labor started at least it will help sort my constipation out Lol. Just so tired its just officially unbearable.

Iv heard it can make the baby poo inside you which isn't a good thing, I know a few people who have used castor oil to start off labour and it has worked. I personally wouldn't take the risk but let us know if anything happens x

Castor oil cannot cause a still birth, in some cases it contracts your stomach giving you the runs, your stomach contracting could make the babys stomach to contract too and pass a bowel, not normal but not rare either, but its something that could happen even if you dont take castor oil, just let your doctor know that you took the oil please =)

you should have talked to your Dr first. your only two weeks away from 40 weeks.. when baby I'd ready baby will come.. castor oil does more harm then good. hope you didn't do it an put your baby at risk... if your that impatient (which is understandable) walkkkk. walk 40 mins a day

Don't use castor oil i read that somebody that used castor oil while pregnant like i think she was close to 40 weeks or at 40 weeks or over and she said she use castor oil and they had a still birth so the baby died from her using castor oil

The only downfall I'm not judging at all is it could cause baby to poop inside the womb which wouldn't be good. But good luck I hope something happens for you.
