unsure if ive misscarried

Since I found out ive been pregnant ive had lots of trouble from pretty much day one.
I started bleeding really heavy yesterday,  the hospital have done a blood test and scan, they scan my hormone level is lower than expected but the lining of my womb is still nice and thick and they think tgry can see the sack where baby shoukd be but they are too cautious to say for definite if ive lost the vaby or not. I honestly dont no what to do or thinkm has anyone been through this? Were you okay? I really want to be okay and hopeful but im finding it so hard tostay in any sort of positive mind set.
