I am only 5 weeks along and this past week has been horrible with headaches (caffeine wothdrawel), fatigue, and nasuea. My symptoms come and go and it worries me bc I hear so much about miscarriage. I am pretty healthy, but I cannot stop thinking about the what if..any positive words?

Just think positive. Both of my first trimesters have been horrible. This second one has been worse than my first. My Mom was also really sick when she had us and her doctor actually told her it's a good sign.

I am also at 5 weeks and know how you feel. My mom had 7 pregnancies and 4 miscarriages. Just take everything day by day. I may not be going through the caffeine withdrawal but I definitely feel ya on the MC paranoia.

I have not thrown up but I catch myself with a lump in my throat and nervous to take my vitamin. Also incredibly tired

Throwing up and not feeling good are actually a good sign. I can't remember if its the hormones or whatever making you sick but I know its a sign everything is progressing good
