opinions please :)

My whole pregnancy I thought I was having a boy. I am 17w5d and just heard the heart best for the first time. It was 150!! And the way that I'm carrying now...I think it's actually a girl. My s/o and I liked the name Grayson a lot..I was wondering if it could pass as a girls name? Maybe spell it graeson? Graeson Rae..I can picture it when I think of a baby girl first and then say the name. Lmk what you mamas think! Tia :)

Not sure if you're into nicknames or not, but Grays (kinda like Grace) would be really cute too, imo.

I like that name also :) The way you changed it. Maybe you could change it to Payton. That's if you like that name :)

Lol thank you to everyone who replied. It's greatly appreciated. And maybe I should stick with the party then. I thought taking pictures while finding out in the moment of what the baby is would be cute for the baby's scrapbook. I think you ladies have brightened this situation and made my choices easier. Thank you all. I'll keep you updated when I find out! Wooo whoo.

I think the name Grayson sounds more like a girls name anyway, so you will be good either way :-)

I'm 36 weeks and have carried low my whole pregnancy and I'm definitely having a girl. All those old wives tales are just fun but they don't actually predict gender. They also say girls make your skin bad, make you look fat and crave sweets, but my skin looks better than ever, I don't even look pregnant, I just have a tiny bump and I crave spicy foods. Everyone says I must be carrying a boy but I'm not. Don't make any plans until you find out for sure lol

Yeah obviously we know it's not a guarantee but honestly a lot of people even strangers told me it was a boy because of how low I was. My mom told me she was low with all three of my brothers. Same with friends sure enough it was a boy ahaha. But you'll find out very soon!

A gender reveal picture will be cute maybe like a save the date card for your baby shower or just for fun!

We had the name Jensen Jay picked out for a boy way before knowing the gender and we were going to do Addie Mae for a girl which i love sooo much! I like that name for a girl too though it's really unique!

I actually really like graeson Mae for a girl, it's very unique and pretty. And if you like that name that's all that matters. And I would do a gender reveal, with you and your husband being surprised. I actually just had my gender reveal Sunday and waited to find out with everybody and I kept going back and forth of whether or not I wanted to. But I'm happy I did now, it was a very special moment for me and something that I will remember forever. That's just my opinion though! Good luck :)

Ah ah thanks. I find out June 18th. I was going to have a gender reveal party but I don't think I am anymore. So I will for sure find out that day. And my sister and a lot of other people I know swore by the baby's heartbeat. But I do understand that it's not a for sure thing. We just really liked Grayson for a boy and we're trying to see if it's nice for a girl too lol. Basically no one in my family likes my girl names so it's frustrating. I really liked callie and denika too.

Heart rate and how you carry are not indications of what you're having unfortunately.

Hahah aww you're cute! I hated waiting for the gender but I knew it was a boy the whole time I carried really low! When do you find out? And yes I think they work well with either boy or girl :)
