Thank you so much for the suggestions....hopefully they will begin to ease up!
I'm 17 weeks and I had a headache for I swear two months straight. I knew I could take Tylenol, but didn't want to take a lot of it so I only took it when it was really bad. My doctor said I could take as much Tylenol as I wanted. My headaches were hormonal. I still get them, but not every day and they aren't as bad. I work in the health care and one of my coworkers have taken my blood pressure in between doctor appts and it's fine actually a little lower.than it was before I got pregnant. It will get better!
Has your blood pressure been good? Have you been congested or sick? If not it may be the hormones from pregnancy or even your prenatal making you sick. Try taking 2 tylenol with a cup of coke to help get rid of it. And start keeping a journal either in a notebook or on your smart phone of what you have ate and done that day with times. And then when a headache comes on. After about 2 weeks you will probably notice a pattern of what triggers the headaches, once you notice try to avoid that for a week or so and see if it helps, that's what I had to do for my migraines.... now I get one maybe once a month instead of every week for days at a time.
Maybe stretching, sometimes coffee can help
Tylenol is best and it's safe. But try warm baths, laying down with a cold wash cloth on your head, drinking some caffeine all those things can sometimes help too
