pain in left arm

Dk if it's pregnancy related...  but for two days I've had a bad "not numb,not asleep " sharp stabing pain In my left arm from my shoulder to my finger tips. All day + night. Cant sleep at night it hurts do bad, and I don't even sleep on that side.. anyone else ever go through this?

Definitely not pregnancy related.

Do some stretches, yoga, or get a massage. You can also ask your doc but he will probably send you some kind medication

Same thing happens to me and it's getting better the further along I get (30 w 3 d) but I usually heat up a rice bag and sleep with it on my arm and that helps and in the morning take a warm shower and let the water hit it and just stretch it even though it hurts but it will come and go. I looked it up and some women said it stopped after birth but I hope it stops sooner
