pain!
My hips and thighs are killing me what can i rub on them to easy up the pain?
My hips and tailbone were hurting me so bad my dr. Sent me to a physical therapist and it has helped me so much!
My hips are killing me as well my doctor said to use icy hot or take Tylenol
Take a warm bath.. Tylenol is safe to take, although I don't take it. A warm bath helped my hip pain and then my husband would give me a massage with essential oils. Hope you find relief
