Addysmama gave good advice. Leaning forward helps to drain the bladder better. If it is clear and doesn't really have a smell it could be amniotic fluid. If you suspect that then you need to go to the doctor asap. Once the water breaks or leaks it can cause infection. Its probably pee though. Mention it to your doctor next time you go in.
Your baby is still sitting very low so it is squishing your bladder. Once the baby moves up a bit it should make you feel better. I would wear panty liners
If you're worried about it being your water please go see your doc. If its just urine its normal. Doing kegel exercises will help strengthen the muscles and help with bladder leakage. Leaning forward when you pee will also help fully empty your bladder.
