phlegm in throat??
Does any one else have a ton of phlegm in the back of their throat? It's so bad it makes me throw up when I try to clear it!! Any remedies? I can't stand it!
Oh, I know! I wake up choking because it gets so bad. I've been taking benadryl, allergies have been crazy and I don't usually have them, so it's some what helped as well.
Ok awesome. I'll have to try those. It's terrible!
Yes! I just posted about this the other day. Warm tea with lemon and honey helped and warm salt water gargle helped as well.
