please help , thigh numbness ?????
Im 26 weeks pregnant and I keep getting numbness in my upper left thigh and Charlie horses in the same thigh just below. Has this ever happened to anyone .. any advice , my thighs get numb everyday but only when standing up even its for a little while it gets numb . And with the Charlie horses , i wake up to those .
My numbness is when I'm at work standing up and the Charlie horses are when I'm sleeping.
I get numb and my legs get cramps it wakes me up out of sleep I think its from me sleeping on the sames side all the time ....feels like its cutting off circulation so I just stretch as much as possible
