loosing weight...

I am 10 weeks 5 days, and steadily loosing weight at the rate of about 2 lbs a week. I haven't had a lot of morning sickness,  but my appetite is just gone. Everything sounds gross to me, and everything gives me I indigestion. Any ideas on what to eat? Nothing overly flavorful or seasoned, and at least a little healthy?

I'm 27 weeks and from my draft appointment October 3 to Nov 1 I gained 4 lbs and then at my Dr's appointment Nov 6 I lost 3 lbs and just had my 28 week appointment just Friday cause of the holidays and haven't gained and my baby boy is right where he is supposed to be for weight and length so as long as ur dr isn't concerned and baby is doing well.  I ate nothing but fresh fruit my first trimester cause it's all I wanted and stil. Try toast or a cereal or even chicken broth with crackers.

Hardboiled eggs and carbs helped me in my first pregnancy.  I made myself a pasta salad with very little dressing and added any veggies I could handle. Cold green grapes are also really helpful this time.  Frozen fruit smoothies with just fruit/ice and a little honey were good once I got over the vomiting.  I added wheat germ for the folic acid.  Good luck.

I'm 28 weeks. From before I even had a  positive test I was already getting sick. Up until week 20. I lost a crazy amount of weight.  I've only gained .5 back. Eat whatever sounds ok to you. No matter what it is lol. I ate as soon as I stopped being nauseous.  Which was only about an hr-3 hrs a day. Good luck! I found that those ******* pops helped with me. And I tried absolutely everything

Find the one thing that you can handle and stick with it. Be sure to drink tons of water! Don't feel bad if you lose weight or aren't eating enough baby isn't  directly affected by your meal choices yet. Take your prenatals. In your 2nd and 3rd trimester you will slowly gain it back. I'm 23 weeks and finally got back to my pre pregnancy weight.

Thanks! I'll try some of those things. Last night hubby took me to dinner and I had more than I've eaten in a while, a few bites of steak, potatoes and a few shrimp. It tasted good but I had indigestion for hours lol. It's been interesting...
