Morning sickness coming back?

I had horrible nausea my first trimester but I only vomited twice. Right when I hit the 2nd trimester, it got so much better. I could eat and no nausea and I wasn't as tired. That lasted maybe 2 weeks. For the last week, everything is coming back twice as bad. I'll be driving in the car and have to pull over and vomit. And I can't get enough sleep. And my moods are crazy. Has this happened to anyone else? Getting a couple weeks reprieve then everything coming back with a vengeance? I thought I'd get a bigger break but I guess not.

With my second one I was just fine.  Just got car sick here and there. But with my third I am sicker then a dog. I can't even choke down a pb&j. So let me know if any of you have good ideas for morning sickness that actually lasts all day with me.

I was super sick with my first baby. Then finally I was able to eat whatever I wanted during my 7th month and I ended up gaining 6 lbs that month. My dr told me that I needed to go on a diet but I just laughed at him and told him I was finally able to eat something. Then after that month I was sick all over again. Even threw up giving birth to my son.

I had about a week reprieve about 1/4 through my 2nd trimester. But it came back...I was lucky it didn't last through the entire thing. 1/2 through 2nd trimester I finally felt better unless I ate certain things. Came back close to end of 3 rd trimester though...

I'm going through that right now. First trimester was rough, got sick a lot and very tired. I'm now 17 weeks and feeling much better. I actually worry a little cause I'm not feeling anything.
