Best Idea ever! Omg I just got one its the best thing in the world! If you don't have one GET ONE! Lol I had to say I'm serious tho if u can't afford it save up for one believe me its the best!
I got the bump nest body pillow from bumpnest.com. It's pricey but it's amazingly comfortable!! I love it!!!
I love mine the only way I can sleep is to have it between my knees but now I'm at the end of my pregnancy its gone flat :( may have to get a new one
Best $10 ever spent!
I got a boppy one for pregnant women and it was severely marked down at k-Mart for $10 instead of $50. Full body length with slip cover.

lol! I do not have a pregnancy pillow, although you make it sound very comfortable. I've actually got a down feather body sized pillow, which helps somewhat for comfort to sleep, but I still have trouble getting the job done lol! I've found myself being up tossing and turning clear until 5 a.m.! :(
