This is my 3rd pregnancy and the first one to experience pubic bone pain. Turning in bed at night is the worst for me or having to get up to use the rest room. I am 26 weeks pregnant and am really sick of that annoying pain.

Hi I'm 31 weeks pregnant & I've been experiencing the same pain since I was 20 weeks. It's awful. I can't turn in bed, can't walk properly, extremely hard to get out of bed or even sofa. I was very worried in the beginning as well but now I know that we r not alone. My ob-gyn said its totally normal. She send me for a physical therapist who explained to me that its due to hormonal changes in our body. Our bones r getting softer day by day which is why we feel pain in that pubic bone. I've also been feeling bad pain on the side of hip bones. Specially right one. But again its all normal for some women. Try to relax & if Ur pain gets worst call Ur doc & take Tylenol if it works for u. This pain is also known as spd.... Good luck with Ur baby
