carrots are very good for baby and you as they are full nutritions also they help you relief consitpation.. Honey is best way to fight off cough, cold and sore throats, cinnamons are good for breath and same cough cold etc..

The only issue with food is if its unpasteurized.  Bigger chance of a food born illness. I went through a carrot phase and ate tons of them and I'm ok. Stay away from sushi though.

Just don't eat raw honey that's fresh out of the hive. Grocery store honey is fine, everything else is fine

you should research foods you can and can not eat during pregnancy. or rather, the suggested food you should and should not eat. there is a long list of things they say to avoid. the main concern is pasteurization. so foods like, honey, brie or soft cheeses, milk. Then there is stuff like avoiding raw egg (so no tasting cookie batter) and cold cuts are to be avoided too. like i said, this is a good topic to research cause i'm sure the list goes on.
but carrots and cinnamon are fine when in your regular diet.
