Light bleeding is normal up to 12 weeks known as implantation bleeding.. Could last any where for a couple of hours to a couple of days! I'm sure you're fine but wouldn't hurt to give your doctor a call to ease your mind :)

I've also heard spotting and cramping are normal. If it's heavy bleeding you should call your Dr or go to ER. Your uterus are growing so the cramping and back pain can come from that. I don't know how you normally sleep, but try not to be fixed in just one position with the pillow, it's good to move around in your sleep so the muscles and ligaments can relax a bit. Try to keep your posture during the day since pregnancy tends to make the pelvic tilt forward, which could cause pain.

Can you not be referred to the early pregnancy unit by your doctor?
