I've been having issues with it lately, especially at work and I can only have water at work so I got the Propel packets, it helps and our has the extra electrolytes.

I drink 2 liters or more a day. I buy a 1 liter bottle of water and refill it throughout the day. My doc says a gallon a day and I try to hit that.  Just remember the more water you have the more water your baby has and it will get rid of headaches and being tired! Very good idea to drink up to a gallon a day

My dr told me 2quarters/ half a gallon a day! it's a lot of water, but I'm told that consuming now much water helps with swelling.
