Pelvic discomfort

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I walk A LOT! I'm a full time student and walk my campus three days a week. Today I started experiencing pelvic pain in my vagggg region. Any other mama's experience this?

This just started today. It's not unbearable but it is very uncomfortable. I've taken Tylenol but it doesn't help... nice to know it's common!

You will have it till the end of your pregnancy sometimes they say you will still have it after.but just think positive.just don't walk too much during day time thata what I did to avoid coz I time I walk a lot during the day the pain was worst at night when I get up the next dau I have to crawl down in our bed thata how painful it was.

Ugh yesi have had thatme previous 2 pregnancies and now on this 3rd one its way worse. The crappy part is there's nothing they can do for it! I find that relaxing in an epsom salt bath for about 30-40 minutes helps. It takes the pain away for about 30 min after you get out but hey, a little while is better than nothing. I'll take it Lol. Also try sleeping with a pillow between your knees. Sorry I can't be more help.
