I have seen where people said that we could take benadryl to help with sleep. My question is can we take zquil? I'm 33 weeks and really need some sleep!

Zquil is benadryl. I am fresh out of paramedic school and the actual name for both is exactly the same. Pregnancy brain is really affecting my terminology say the moment but...  But always check with your doc! Also had a nurse friend of mine who's had a baby recently suggest I use zquil, she had with hers when she has trouble sleeping.

Unisome and benadryl are safe. I don't think zquil is

Double check with your dr but with my severe nausea, my dr had me taking unisom. It is a sleep aide so should work

I do not think zquil is one we can take....call your OB and ask....mine gave me a paper to go by but there are more medicines we can take that are not on the list.
