sleeping on ur back

I'm 36 weeks and sometimes my hips hurt from switching from left to right so I end up sleeping on my back, I'm proped up high on alot of pillows,  but I heard u shouldn't be on ur back after 25 weeks. I just want to know wat harm if any does sleeping on ur back cause ur baby?

Propping up is a great idea. The danger is the pressure you would put on arteries supplying the primary blood flow. But I think propping up should help minimize that risk.

Ask your doctor, I think you should be fine proped up because you are taking the pressure off. Make sure you ask your doctor.
