sore and exhausted

31wks 2days.... im sore with SPD,hurts to walk, or sit for too long, cant bend and take steps at all,  a bruise like spot on the top of my uterus which makes sitting uncomfortable cos it pushes on my ribs, braxton hicks are causing issues and they come if i stand or if i sit or if the baby moves too much. Severe heartburn and reflux and i still have 5wks to go at work(childcare) I just want this pregnancy over.... ok ive had my whinge, thanks for listening lol

I have it too and im 37 weeks and in agony when i move/ try to walk..i struggle doing everything..i have a appointment with my consultant tomorrow to talk about being induced early, hopefully she lets me. I think im gonna cry if she doesnt its that bad

I also have all youve named plus preeclampsia im 31 weeks and agree about climbing a mountain ugh hope for everyones sake it goes by quick. Hang in there ladies

Symphasis Pubis Disfunction. Your ligaments that hold the 2 sides of your pelvis are already  relaxed (which happens in labour) which causes the 2 sides of pelvis to rub and cause alot of pain and discomfort.

Sorry, that should read use an inflatable donut cushion*. You can get them from the chemist.

Oh and with the spd and sitting too long, I used an inflatable do it cushion if I know I am going to be sitting for too long or on something hard. Also, if you can have a bath everyday/twice daily. It really helps with soothing the pelvic muscles.

I am almost 29 weeks and feel the same. I feel like I still have a mountain to climb before this pregnancy is over. I hope the rest of your time goes fast for you. Hang in there xx

Not to mention, the SPD also makes it painful to sleep :(
