bladder spasms?

So, I started having short mild but sharp cramps in my very low abd today.  I think it is bladder spasms.  I'm 5w2d today.  Plan to call the Dr. tomorrow b/c I'm thinking UTI.  Just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and what the outcome was.  This was my 2nd IVF and last try, so I'm just hyper aware and very paranoid about EVERYTHING! Thanks!

I had a similar experience around the same time. My doc checked me out for a uti and I was all clear. She said it was just my body adjusting to being pregnant.

It could be a uti or it could be from your uterus starting to grow. I'd drink a lot of water or/and cranberry juice because if it is a uti that may help while you wait to see your doctor.
