I thought I heard by your 3rd you go into labor sooner, or us it once labor starts it progresses faster. Idk, either way im sooooo ready to have this little guy. My back hurts, can't breathe, my pelvic bone is in fire...OB says he is super LOW I was 2cm 60% effaced last wednsday but I wondering WHERE oh WHERE these contractions are.. ughhhhh :( #Help
Yes, effacement is how thin/ripe your cervix are. 100% effaced meaning completely thinned out. I will keep you all posted, I am just sooo uncomfortable. .hoping for some relief soon
