Thats the first ive heard of the placenta, unless there was twins. My baby weighs 3 pounds 4 ounces, but my first two boys are full term 7lbs 7oz and 7lbs 6oz. so I guessing this one is going to be a 5 or 6 pounder. How is your babies organs growing?
