Honestly a more steady wait gain and good nutrition, having the building blocks for cell repair in your diet. Vitamin c, zinc, etc.
But creams and don't hurt ;)
i know this may seem a bit odd.but try rubbing either vix on stretchmarks or even baby petroleum jelly.both helped with the itchyness and the redness.also i rub (queen helene) cocoa butter on stretch marks.it helps keep my skin moisturized and drink lots of water
I use bio oil, no idea if its working or not as this is my first baby but I've heard good things from other mummy friends
Bio Oil works works great when it comes to reducing the appearance of stretch marks.
I will suggest you try it.
Also heard of Vicks
Good genes lol. I have done everything and they still appeared :/
I use products by Noodle and Boo. They have great reviews. Though, they're a tad bit pricey. I like the products and they seem to work well.
