stuck at four centimeters!

Im being induced. Been here since 8am. Got the foley ball inserted. ,( I was having contractions I couldn't feel)  dialated to 4 fast with bad contractions. Foley removed started pitocin and nothing!!! Small contractions I can't feel again!! So frustrating. Im stuck was hoping for my baby tonight .

I was induced on friday and thanks God my water broke on its own, i could not be walking but I sit on the bed not sure if that helped or was only a coincidence.

Ouch. That's a long time to be in labor after being induced. That scares me because I'm being induced Monday. Why wouldn't they break your water first before the IV? Awee, still at 4 centimeters.

I'm at 2 centimeters and 50% effaced, and hoping to go in natural without the induction. Good luck and let us know. That would be great to have your lil one soon!! :-)

@Denise2346 thanks. Thats so sweet. :-)  @ kate042015, I really wish I could get up and walk the halls. Im being induced due to spd and walking isn't a option. :( I just gotta wait it out I guess.

I honestly don't remember it's been a couple yrs  but I'll I remember once they broke my water it move way faster just contractions get stronger and more painful good luck I wish you the best and be patient  your baby would be in your arms  tonight

Can you get up and walk around? Or bounce on a yoga ball?

Just ask your doc.  To do it.  I'm sure he will.  Mine did 10 hrs after pitocin started

Once they brake your water it would move faster
