My feet and legs  are swollen after giving birth this past Sunday.  Anyone else going through it or went through it? How long before it went away?

My last labor my left leg and foot swelled awful from the epidural. It took it a couple days to godown fully. I was given ibuprofen to help reduce swelling. Did u ask ur doc about it before being discharged?

Mine took like 2 weeks to go away. I was told lots of fluids are the way to go. I couldn't even get my feet in flip flops! Good luck, hope it goes away fast.

I had the same after my first child. Natural birth no pain relief. Took a few days. My midwife told me its nothing to worry about :) I remember the soles of my feet being swollen too!! Not fun. Just drink plenty of water and put your feet up when you can  xx

Last time I had an epidural they gave me stockings to wear for six weeks. To keep the swelling down. I wore them for the first few weeks which really helped. Might be worth u going to ur docs to ask for some. Plus get it looked at for peace of mind. X
