baby movement

I am 20 weeks and usually I feel my baby move a lot. The last 2 days I feel movement but not as much as I usually do. Should I be worried? I'm wondering if its because usually I go to work then I'm laying around all day. But the last 2 days I've been moving around a lot. Birthday parties , get togethers, && I've been definitely overeating at these parties. Do you guys think something is wrong or is it just because I've been doing unusual activity lately?

Yea that's what I was thinking.. Usually my weekends involve life time. And anytime I'm at wk in barely feel movement. So I was like maybe because I been moving around so much I just haven't noticed much. But usually when I'm calm and relax I feel a lot of movement

My midwife told me to have a large glass of icy cold water and lie down and count the movements if I was worried. She said to call if there weren't many just to be on the safe side. I hardly noticed the movements during the day because I was so busy.

I was the same way around that time and I got worried but as soon as I reach my 30 week it felt like my baby was doing a 360 in my stomach lol. Once you hit in your 30 weeks get ready you going to have all kinds of movements none stop. Good luck!

Possibly unusual activity I know the more I'm up doing laundry and everything the less I notice if baby is moving and then I freak myself out by the time I do have a minute to rest. Try orange juice or ice chips and lounge around for bout half hr and see if u can notice any different. Hope this helps

Your moving around can put baby to sleep. My son was like that. As long as you still feel movement I don't think you should be worried. Keep smiling, baby is probably just soothed and sleeping from you being active ♡♡♡
