I'd say put your feet up, drink tons of water and avoid salt as it will make you swell like crazy... Also as your belly gets bigger try not to let your belly rest on your legs because it slows the fluid return from your legs
Hardedt thing that helps is putting up your feet... I get ankle and leg pain bad at night so I.have extra bananas and need to start reading at night...I also found I can't wear ankle socks which is sad
