Water is good to combat swelling. Also find a half an hour when you can to put your feet up. Good luck.
I have been drinking a lot of watee but i think my feet are swollen because i move around all day nd be cleaning the house...
Not higher than your heart-just higher than your hips. You shouldn't lay on your back long enough to elevate them above your heart.
Elevate them so there higher then your heart. That should help
Lay down and prop your feet up
