30 days to go!! Need Help

I am planning on having a VBAC and could use some good tips on how to get my body ready for labor (dialation. Thinning). I am so afraid that I will not be able to get past 5cm again and will have to havr another s section. By no means am I ready to get this baby out since I have a few weeks left but I do want to try to dialate as much as possible before labor.

Being active is suppose to help with dilation. Walking and light exercise is suppose to help bring the baby down. However I know some women who were active their whole and still didnt dilate, So it Probaby just depends on your body.

I had ac section in 2011 & im planning a vbac this time as well. Everyone tells me to start walking nowand have sex as much as possible but only if you orgorgasm to. The man's sperm help to soften and thin while a women orgasms it triggers contractions. I have 32 days left and an afraid to start all this since I feel like it is to early. Im due October 20th.
