Is he doing it? If so, enjoy being pampered:))
Yeah he is but i have certain ways i like things done lol..
Lol me too!! I have severe OCD but there is days I really don't care. If you really want to give your kids baths tell him it's your bonding time:). I have been on best rest and I sneak out saying I have to pee and then clean lmao. Horrrible I know
Ohh sneaking around and cleaning just might work lol
Aww that's sweet!! I also have things the way I like but when my hubby wanted to do any of it I keep my moth shut and just fix it latter. It's not to often he does it only once a week on his one dayoff so I try not to ask him to do it because he is the only one working. But I'm a full time culinary student and I'm 25 weeks along so it would be nice if he did more and I know after I hit the 30 week mark he will because that's how it always is this is our fouth:)
Kylir, you can lock yourself in the bathroom and clean that if you really want to clean something. I did it lol
Hahaha
I m scared my husband is gonna be like that
I m 27weeks and he is already starting with "dont do that, dont do this" but i just think how lucky i m
And than still do it when he is not looking
If only I had your problems. I'm 27wks with the worst back pains I've ever had with pregnancy, 2 other kids ages 20mths and 8yrs and my husband acts as tho I'm not even prego. He doesn't do anything. No cleaning, no cooking, no nothing. Everything gets do whenever I get to it. Plus I'm full time college student. You're lucky.
Well i do kinda have something to do with how my husband acts
I always made sure to teach him how to cook few stuff
Made him carry stuff, made him learn how to clean my way etc
And now he feels proud in knowing how to do it
Lucky girl my husband still wants me to do everything he acts like he's the pregnant one
Choose your battles and please don't choose this one LOL
I'm sure I would it a little frustrating but it's lovely too. Try to make the most of it. I insisted on being as 'normal' as possible doing all the usual things that needed doing because I felt good & able but I am paying for it now! Had distasis recti for months but didn't know - in a lot of pain now & it's affecting looking after the baby :(
Was meant to say I'm sure I would *find* it a little frustrating but it's lovely too.
I am the same way I'm self professed control freak and havehad a lot of swelling do having difficulty walking so my whole family is on me to sit down which I am....I feel so blessed and happy . I have my moments where I wanna go insane but I am thankful for who I have cause I know some don't have it....I can't fit in my laundry room anymore do I let my boys do the laundry and I just sitvon my bed and fold there are littlethings youmight get by doing....good luck
My husband needs to take note you have a awesome husband lol
I just hit 19 weeks today and my hubby is on super crazy patrol! Don't jump, don't run, your going down the stairs too fast, is that safe, should you be eating that, you need more sleep etc! I'm not even half way there!!!! Ahhhh I'm so independent I know everyone says take advantage of all the help but it's making me NUtS!
Can we switch! I have 4 kids already and am 38 wks with a surprise pregnancy. I have to do everything and the house is falling apart as the kids are 7 and under and are hardly any help. Hubby works a lot and when home seems to be blind and goes back to work on the computer. Sigh. I can't bend over anymore and I am tired. Sore and exhausted.
While I wouldn't mind my husband taking a little more responsibility, I couldn't deal with that! I've been getting major bursts of nesting and sometimes I don't physically feel like I'm able to sit still
I would enjoy it and enjoy in a new hobby to keep you busy. But definitely let him!!! I'm doing it on my own and would love the extra set of hands.
It also sounds very controlling. When I was with my SO earlier in my pregnancybhe wanted me to quit my job!!! I told him he was crazy because I am healthy and am not on bed rest. He gave me a lecture that the baby wasnt going to make it or would have something wrong with him. I called him Ignorant and kept my job.
I'm only 10 weeks and mine is already doing the same thing. I'm enjoying every second of it bc I know in six months back to me doing it and I'll fix whatever he didn't do the way I like it.
Lucky for you guys..my husband still counts on me to do everything..I'm 36 weeks Monday and I'm a stay at home mom..all he does is make the money.. and waits on me to do it all..my entire pregnancy.enjoy yourself ladies my husband acts as if he us handicapped.. lol
Please enjoy it... my hubbie and I fought about this last night... he acts like I'm not 32 weeks pregnant and still working because ik we need the money... but yet he complains that he works long hrs (in the military) and I shouldn't complain... wth... like I told him I wish u could carry this child and do what I do... smh.. sorry for ranting on ur post lol
