Depending on how far along you are it's pprobably just your body stretching and making room for baby and/or getting ready for him/her to come into the world. Cramps are normal I was told as long as there isn't blood accompanied with it. Ask your doctor for sure but, it's probably just your muscles, oragans, hips etc spreading.
